Neuron is an electrically excitable cell. It receives and sends signal by changing membrane potential. Patch clamp is technique which read  a individual isolated living cells. Using it, we study neuron's electrical response to various stimulation.

We characterize different type of neuron's intrinsic properties. And we record appetite related neuron's response when they expose to ghrelin and leptin. we aim to discover appetite and dopamine pathway.
